Talent and leadership! Branding and creativity! Finance and operations!
We’re working around the clock to broaden and deepen our roster of experts, and we have another fantastic trio to introduce: Amanda Fone (UK), Stu Levin (Spain) and Oiver Welz (Germany).
Amanda Fone
For more than 30 years, Amanda has partnered with the global communications, marketing, and sports industries, delivering inclusive executive search for pivotal leadership roles across in-house and agency environments. Her focus encompasses commercial, corporate, and strategic communications, brand communications, marketing, and sport, with particular expertise in women’s sport, social impact, and inclusion. Her reputation rests on strong two-way relationships, deep market insight, and a proven ability to match the right talent with the right roles.
Through Amanda Fone Consults, she remains actively engaged in executive search and advisory services.
Beyond search, Amanda shares her expertise through fireside sessions with senior practitioners on the evolving nature of leadership roles in the sector. She also leads workshops on maximizing value from in-house talent teams, navigating the unintended consequences of AI in talent acquisition, and developing robust interviewing skills for senior leadership and C-suite executives.
She serves as a Non-Executive Director of The Talent Arc CIC—home to the social impact initiatives she co-founded, Back2Business Returners and NoTurningBack, focused on early careers for NEETs—and is a Patron of the National Youth Ballet of Great Britain.
Stu Lewin
Stu Lewin has spent 35 years in branding, serving the first 20 years as a Creative Director for international agencies across London, Brussels, Sydney, Auckland, and Barcelona. In this capacity, he developed strategic branding solutions for major global corporations including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Philips, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mars.
For the past 15 years, Stu has advised founders on planning, building, scaling, and selling challenger brands across FMCG, wellbeing, fashion, technology, real estate, and education. As a self-described brand reducer, he focuses on eliminating unnecessary complexity and clutter to identify the core value proposition that resonates with founders and their audiences. Every engagement begins with a tailored challenger brand purpose workshop, designed to align key stakeholders and define a clear market differentiator. He currently conducts these workshops on-site and online for founders across Spain, the UK, and the US.
