Hello to our newest corporate partner!
We’re delighted to announce that the Taylor Bennett Foundation has joined the Folgate community, and we’re proud to be part of theirs.
For almost two decades, the Foundation has done some of the most important work in the industry, opening doors into PR and communications in the UK for talented young people from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds, while helping employers build workplaces where they can thrive. More than 1,700 young people have come through its programmes since 2008.
We’re excited to support Foundation’s ambition to work more closely with employers on developing talent and building inclusive workplaces. In particular, we’ll work to:
connect the foundation with more businesses and senior communications leaders across the Folgate network
introduce new employers to the Foundation’s work and to the talent it supports
support the launch of the Foundation’s Employer Partner Network and other key programmes
The Taylor Bennett Foundation brings practical experience in preparing young people for careers in communications. It also brings a clear understanding of the barriers they face, and what employers can do to remove them. That insight is valuable for every leader in our network who wants to build a stronger, more representative team.
